Hi Sir,
Hope your doing well. Sir, I have been a very loyal customer of your company but my recent experience with your company has not been great.
On 25th May I received an email from your company stating I would get a 10% cashback on all my orders placed from 25th to 27th May 2016 if I use a Citibank debit/credit card. So, I got very excited as I had to purchase certain electronic items. On 27th May 2016 I placed my order worth approximate INR48,000/- but to my surprise the Cashback amount was just INR2000/- which is not even 5% of my total order value. So the next day I called your contact center and the person on the other side was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time to investigate the issue and advised me that I should be getting more than INR2000/- and apologized stating there should have been a system glitch involved for this miscalculation. He asked me to be rest assured as he was sure that his backend team would be able to sort the issue out and get me the actual 10% cashback amount. After few hours I got an email stating I would get my 10% cashback on 08th Aug 2016 and the amount would be INR2000/-. I immediately replied to the email with my concern but till now after a lot of back and forth your team has not been able to help me out.
I know you are a very busy man but could you please be kind enough to ask someone to look into the matter and help me get my actual 10% cashback (approximate INR4700/-). I have been your customer for years and done a lot of business with you.
